Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to report any issue with your order.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We may request photos or videos of the issue to verify your claim before approving a return or replacement.

To start a return request, please contact us at support@thermahip.com with your order number and clear evidence of the issue. If your return request is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to our error.

Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Sizing note: The ThermaHip belt is a fixed-length design with Velcro adjustment. Maximum closure length is 105 cm / 41.34 inches. Please measure before ordering to ensure proper fit.
